POWER MAT BURN:
Our most intense cardio mat class. This is our Power Mat class kicked up a notch with interval cardio training. This isn't for beginners!
We use props to improve balance, sculpt, and define the whole body. This class will strengthen your core and create long lean muscles.This is a low impact class that is tailored to 60+ and up.
GLUTES & ABS:
An intensive 45 minute mat class that focuses on lifting and tightening glutes (buns) and strengthening and flattening your abs
Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.
Your instructor will use a variety of Pilates equipment in this one on one, 55 minute session. This workout will be tailored specifically to you. Privates are especially beneficial if you are new to Pilates, have any injuries or restrictions, or are unfamiliar with Pilates. An appointment is necessary.
These are 55 minute sessions for two clients with one instructor. It can be very motivating and rewarding to have a workout partner. An appointment is necessary.
